Let me get this right - Rax gets sold to CNQ for two thirds of what they might have had at the top of the market - with the add on that RAX shareholders will get RAX international certs to stuff into their stocking? Gee what rocket scientist holds the majority of shares in both companies? Does this even qualify as an arms length transaction? It would be interesting to see if anyone abstained in the voting on this matter when it was in front of the boards of both companies. Seems more like the Tim Horton donut shuffle promo at the hockey game.
