No way does a bottom get set on thin , pre holiday trading A temporary bottom just before earnings runs kick into higher gear is not unheard of. Barring any Al Qaida moves, we could start a fair runup Monday, imo. But anything down to 1250 right away would not surprise or alarm me, even w/o those caverats. Only a break of 1240 would be cause for concern. Nearterm, 1419-1423 and 1455 pose the first serious resistance lines to the upside.
