Thanks Pops! Here is one that I would use whenever I missed a day of school and the teacher did not believe my excuse. I guess that it could apply to a lot of excuses that some companies and analysts are using.

In every excuse for an absence there is always perceived to be the absence of truth in the excuse no matter how truthful the excuse for the absence may be.
