The great disconnect... Here we are in what is supposed to be a down period for the O&G sector (May-June swoon) and my O&G group of stocks keeps hitting new highs. I've done the rational thing and reduced my exposure, but still, it's hard to stay completely out. At this point, api or no api, I'm confused. Regards Frank P.
