Lance, I have communicated back and forth with those at USXP and I can guarantee you they are setting the stage for a major comeback. After having his company raked over the coals by Select Capital which led to fighting in and out of court with them for over the past 4 years the ball is now in Richard's court. In his followup interview yesterday on Emerging-Companies he stated that the share buyback has already commenced. From what I understand he has told his collection agency not to tell him the exact figures either collected or close to being collected (doesn't want to slip in inadvertently) but was going to let it be known this month . In the meantime he wants to buy back as much of the float as possible before it's released.

I am not sure what the O/S is right now but he has said he was working on transferring roughly 35 million shares to the European Market.

Time will tell. Not telling people to buy but to at least watch.
