Intel to BUY VLSI for $30.00 a share:

I have heard a rumor that Intel is planning to use their Cash to buy companies to fuel its growth. Intel is eyeing VLSI because of their leadership in consumer electronics( MPEG, Setup boxes, GPS, cordless) and Cellular leadership where INTEL does not have any market. The purchase price is about $1.5B dollars. More than 90% of VLSI products are not sold or marketed by Intel which makes it an ideal fit for future growth. The price is very cheap considering the drop in VLSI price relative to their dominant position in cellular, wireless and consumer electronics.

Please Guys check this, and respond back

Thanks
