Joe - The street is reducing estimates more in line with the Morgan Stanely number of $0.80. <How we thought that number was very low...ha..ha>. It looks like the consensus for earnings for 1997 is now below $1.00. I will have to run a search on new analysts reviews and will post the results when available. I drove by the new facility site today and still no construction yet. Atmel has the lot next to Novell and their building is completed (they started contruction about 1 year ago. When we get a new CEO, it could take perhaps another 12-18 months for significant results (upward) to hit the bottom line. I will be selling more covered calls after an announcement of the CEO. IMO, the stock should rebound to the $11 5/8 to $12 3/8 area. EKS
