Wasn't Maxim fresh enough in Imclone's mind? Maxim wasn't Page 1 of the WSJ, and I don't recall Maxim's execs suffering any consequences. And the fact that the IMCL CEO ended up in jail for several years (albeit for insider trading not stock manipulation) does grab other CEOs' attention. I think we now live in a very different world than we did when Maxim was up to its shenanigans. Accordingly, I'm prepared to drop my overall skepticism filter a notch or two. Peter
