It's obvious you can't have a critical debate with me without thinking it is somehow an attempt to belittle you. When someone has this reaction to me, all I can do is bow out because nothing could be further from the truth. I've spent a lot of time having my assertions questioned, sometimes quite bluntly. I don't get flustered in debate because of this. It comes under the heading of what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. It's important to me to have others question my thinking and I usually return the favor. This isn't always understood or appreciated by everyone, this much is clear. -g-
