I have not seen VICL mentioned on two short term threads I follow--Market Gems and No Hand Holding,etc. Those folks are usually pretty adept at finding momentum stocks. Perhaps the word is not out and some of us can buy before it is. I'm not in yet, but looking closely at this... mph
