Hi Banjoman. I am still short and to be honest I feel a bit lazy to post but to the measure that I may be capable of avoiding a non-informed person getting into what IMO is a very risky stock. The analyst or whoever recommending the stock on the basis of the liability danger being over and the company having insurance is beeing just plain irresponsible or showing extreme ignorance. He should go and talk to a lawyer in the field of product liability litigation.

PS: for those of you considering to go short I must warn you that the only concern I currently have is the posibility of IPIC getting rid of assetts. In particular, the one that worries me is the possibility of the company declaring a stock dividend of approximately 0.1 shares of Intercardia stock for each share of IPIC outstanding in order to save some assetts from the product liability awards that may be coming. Just read previous posts just because it is not on the news today it does not mean that the [almost proven] link between redux and valve failure has gone away.
