I've never seen any speculation on this thread regarding the death or demise of Intel. OTOH, I have noticed some people repeatedly putting the above spin on what is being speculated here. Bash Rambus RMBS if you like, but what would happen if Intel were to buy Rambus tomorrow and declare RDRAM the one and only standard. It would be a great bonanza for AMD in many ways that you could ever imagine. Goutama
