You're are doing pretty well in the APM contest. I don't regularly watch CTAL, but I do download its data every night. I then scan for stocks that have moved an average of 3% per day over the last 50 days and are currently trading at least 750,000 shares a day. CTAL hasn't made the cut yet on the volume side. I'm afraid you will have to remind me to look at the chart. I think you took the day trade profits at a good time. Just like everybody else, which will cause a retrace. Then look for low volume, pinched bollingers at the middle band and make sure the 12 DMA is still pointed up if you want to buy more. That's pretty much all there is to it. If the 12 DMA starts to turn down, get out on the next price bounce on low volume.

Personnally I hate company fundamentals except for new news. I try to avoid anything that has news pending. Covered my short in SEG today and have now shorted ZITL. SEG was a real nice two day gainer. Seems to me there is somebody else in the APM contest that shorted ZITL and they did very well (Alan Lee?). ZITL on a very nice downtrend and price seems to have peaked. Seeya at $10.

Oh do you have a broker or a crocker?
