The material is not irrelevant to question I was addressing. The "correctness" of a legal decision may always be debated. Law is not an exact science like a math equation or chemical formula. The fact is there are many ways in which the decision may be reconciled other than "partisanship" and you and the other demolib pinheads are all wet as usual. JLA
