The speculation by about who Ericsson may purchase, is along the same lines of trying to figure out who MRVC is. Isn't MRVC a gigabit ethernet specialist as opposed to ATM? And doesn't that make MRVC more of a provider of enterprise wide solutions as opposed to a carrier or telecom supplier? In other words, why would Ericsson, wanting to get into data networking solutions for carriers and telecoms be interested in MRVC? I guess I could ask the same question of why they would be interested in COMS too. But the COMS speculation is rumor only. Seems like someone like FORE (ATM specialist) would be more of what Ericsson would be interested in. Appreciate any comments, MikeM(From Florida)
