Dan3 - <AMD has excess .18 FAB capacity - if they're at 80% in Austin right now, about 2/3s of their near term (this year) capacity is idle. (by no means a good thing, but they don't have to worry about what to cut in order to make room for new product).> And I knew this. Heck of a problem to have eh (being sold out)? Anyway, re Willamette, I believe it will be necessary to bring forth some volume of Willamette this year. The difference between the Cumine and Willamette lunches is TIME before the consumer season. I'm betting Intel will work something out that's viable. PB
