Not in Chile, not a miner or geologist-just an informed investor. The DAY vs. MDIN suit was in the Court of
Appeals in La Serena. Since Andicollo is practically a suburb of La Serena-the court there decided it was
politically unwise to issue a verdict that might result in many unemployed miners. The case was then passed
on to the Supreme Court in Santiago. The Supreme courts verdict will also include a decision on
compensation to be given to Medinah. This will include compensation for the Mill that Dayton destroyed
along with millions of dollars of gold that Dayton has mined from the Churrmatta claims. Apparantly, Medinah
has supplied the court with more than enough evidence to have the court rule against Dayton.
