Simply itemize why Scarecrow is wrong.
It would be informative to others, too.
On the other hand, maybe you have been doing that and are tired of it :-)

Incidentally, what do you see in the short term for CMGI?

A lot of people see the last few weeks leading up to a earnings month (June 15 - early July) as a time for positive stock movement. Do you agree?
