Thanks for your perspectives on reality.

As a non-techie, I am trying to understand the problems you see with AOL's system. Awhile back someone mentioned a Business Week article. Was that article titled "Portal combat comes to the net"? Are there any other good reads about the technical limits of AOL's services compared to the WEB?
