Sam OTC:NASDAQ OTC BB and pink sheet are all the same. As it says"Over The Counter" i.e. market maker by some brokerage not a exchange trading venue. Do not trade this way! You are at the mercy of the MM. Use VSE where all bid-ask and depth is available and open. NASDAQ agreed (to their sorrow) to maintain a list of OTC stocks on their BB (Bulletin Board).
