I have a dumb question to ask about shorting. If a stock is at 10 then it can double to 20 or maybe go to 30 which is 2x or 3x but on the downside you can only make 2x and only if it goes to 0 which is very rare, so why spend so much time shorting when you can theoretically make much more being long? I also want to know if you have had success shorting OTC stocks and what the trick is to find shares. Thank you!
