DIVIDEND / Imperial Oil Ltd TORONTO, Feb. 19 /CNW/ - Imperial Oil Limited today declared a quarterly dividend on the outstanding common shares of the company to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 2, 1998, payable on April 1, 1998. The cash dividend on common shares is 55 cents per share.
