Ken, ENOTS reference to a hockey stick jogged my memory. I believe that it is generally thought that price precedes common knowledge of the fundamentals (as some people are better informed than others).

Perhaps we are seeing a hockey stick in the price before we see the hockey stick in performance that Corky referred to on the last CC.
