Hi Sonki: I am extremely positive on the reported results for SUNW especially with their announcement that their their storage products are now available.

From their earnings announcement - "...We also announced our new SunTM StorEdgeTM product family, the industry's first network-centric approach to storage...."

Look for future contribution to earnings from this product line. The free flow cash flow WILL BE quite significant as they ramp up the delivery of these storage products.

Sonki - We are now in the cat bird seat as we have inventory of SUNW shares that eventually the street will want. This investor will not let any share go for less than $78.00 in 1998 or 1999.

Be patient and the money will find it's way to SUNW. "Solid" earnings will continue to add value to SUNW shares. The only question you must ask yourself is if the (PE) multiple will expand in 1998 or 1999 as a result of JAVA's contribution to earnings. Specifically, I am looking at the embedded JAVA royalty revenue..Set top TV boxes and appliance applications.

Look for the multiple to expand in mid 1999 but as a conservative investor I am using a multiple of 20x...If the street wants to pay me more then ......I will re-evaluate.

Continue to hold and I believe you will be happy with the returns our company will report in the next several quarters.
