ARET - native American website for mortgage applications. I believe they specialize in subsidized rates through a bill that was passed a couple of months ago. Don't quote this verbatim. I researched this a couple of weeks ago and couldn't find all the information I was after. For this reason I'll treat it as a technical trade until more info becomes available.
