Hi John,

Not sure but here's one possibility.

In QP Setup, under internet download, did you have the "Use Default Internet Options." Checked?
If not that could have been the problem I didn't try it but mine is checked.

Also If you have Mutual Funds Checked but don't have the sub to them it will do the same.
