Hi, Janice. This is not really to you.

I'm thinking about Zips sales better than expected and Jaz sales worse. This confirms what I've been thinking and many people on this thread have been saying.

Jaz prices are still too high, particularly for the media.

Get the media down to $99 in ones, less for multi-packs, and it could take right off.

Looks like it may be time for some Jaz rebates. Alternatively, I'd like to see a promotion where they give you TWO Jaz disks with each drive, just to get started. Combine that with a $99 disk price and I think they'd start flying off the shelves.

The earnings numbers look just fine to me, all things considered. But what really matters is what "the market" was really expecting. And I applaud the move to NYSE, as it will effectively eliminate the direct manipulation of the stock price. All manipulation will have to be indirect.

I don't think that what happened to AOL and BAY has anything to do with moving to NYSE. They are both losing their battles for market share. Since the same cannot be said for Iomega, I don't see any reason to fear the Big Board.
