Make your case FOR your preferred spending first, then when you convince others the money would be well spent, we can worry about what other spending isn't as productive. You are starting with a presumption - an assumed conclusion - that Iraq funding should be cut and trying to use that to prove your unsupported assertion that more money should be spent on the "killer flu".

Or you could run away. Backward logic is, apparently, YOUR forte - perhaps your CAN'T make the case if forced to employ sound reasoning - so running away is probably your best option. Goodbye.
