Esteban:

I had been looking at the previous day for MMGC, actually, when it also gapped, by a lesser amount. Sorry. At 24%, though, it still doesn't qualify. As I understand it, yes, the gap must be 30% from the close of business to the opening the next day.
For example, stock IVAN closes at 15, then opens the next morning at 11 1/2. That is a gap of 30%, period. Anything else, as I understand it at least, is not a potential PGDCEB. SSAX closed at something like 15 1/4 and opened at 12 7/8, a significant gap, but nowhere near 30%.
When you have genuine VVUSes and NRGNs popping up every day why settle on 15-25%?
Ivan
Though TSEMF isn't a totally bona fide gapper (didn't quite hit 30%), it sure is behaving just like one, and by that light yesterday would qualify as a very good "quasi-signal day." Sorry to be so stingy, but it is hard to lose money being over-cautious.
