Hi Steve and Joel:

Any comment on the cash position, which declined to
$473M, with $103M Capex this last Q? It looks to
like Winstar got its $2B credit line from LU
just in time, since its cash burn rate appears
higher than I expected. Of course the positive side
is that they are building their network rapidly.
