Palin is undeniably a fool. An endorsement from Palin, or more to the point, waving around an endorsement from Palin, makes Trump look far less acceptable to the mainstream.

Ted Cruz is likely to be unhappy, he was counting on those very same morons helped derail her previous bid with McCain.

To everyone else, Palin's endorsement is confirmation of the idiocy of Trump's candidacy and supporters.
