A Friendly Reminder for Investors in Over the Counter Bulletin
Board Stocks:

Companies must meet new reporting standards to continue to be listed on the
OTC Bulletin Boards. The de listing of companies will be phased in during a
year long period for issuers not meeting the financial reporting
requirements. These new standards and phase in schedule
are still important factors for small cap investors.

Companies from the first phase-in group, not deemed compliant with the rule
as of June 1, 1999 had an "E" added to the end of their ticker symbols. For
a list of the affected companies, go to:

Planned Phase-In Schedule:

July 1999 A - AD
August 1999 AE - AO

January 2000 IH - MD
