getgo: like you say I suspect it is show me some top line growth before I bid up the price of your stock ? Also the incremental increase in revenues is not that big considering the LSI has a run-rate of about 1.3 billion.

I could argue that this will be a very high volume chip which would fit very well with the new fab. Then again there are probably some well placed current competitors.
