Barrons Online barrons.com is still free
to register. It has the article mentioned available today
(Saturday), so this solves your library problem.
The context of Ampex's mention in this article is
as an example of a growth stock of the 1960's, mentioned
along with Texas Instruments, Xerox, Control Data etc.
It had nothing to say about the Ampex of today. I couldn't
speculate if this peripheral mention would have any effect
on the stock this week, though I'd love to hear any one
else's opinion.
