Breakeven point is probably a secondary issue. The key is making the revenue growth projection. To hit the 7.5 to 8 million per quarter by the end of this year; they need to get 40 % sequential revenue growth. That is the key number to look for this Q. Greater that 40 percent equates to greater stock price and vice versa. This must come from continuing operations exclusive of ICVerify contributions. I don't think ICVerify results will be booked this Q but don't know.
