Bill, It seems to me that the price of TMAI has gone up since the merger was announced, even though it may have fallen since. I don't understand why any TMAI shareholder would want to exchange his shares for AVNT shares, and take on all of the inherent litigation risk. Do you know what proportion of the outstanding shares are held by the insider group that is committed to the deal? I would think that as AVNT weakens, the likelihood of TMAI shareholder approval lessens. I can't imagine that Hsu is to pleased with Jewell after he made that announcement expressing disappointment at being dropped as a CDN partner. Any thoughts? Ron
