If Palin starts flying around the country addressing conservative fundraisers and big events like prayer breakfasts, etc. you will know she is laying the foundations for a 2012 run. Will she out of jail by then? She has misappropriated state funds for travel while being at home and taking her family on luxury vacations. If she stalls and delays the trials long enough. she could be in prison for 2012 election.
