Lawyers specialize but that doesn't mean they limit their practice. Marcu was copied on the letter to Asensio outlining Asensio's infractions and false claims. Since December 10, 2002 NO wire has carried Asensio's "stories" on REFR. He relies on you to put them out on the message boards. PR Newswire doesn't want to be responsible for publishing false information, which is what Wexler and Asensio do in order to make money on bad short calls. ND
