Wouldn't this Seminole County absentee ballot issue be like the illegal Palm Beach County butterfly ballot where Buchanon got so many of Gore's votes? A tough luck, you-don't-get-the votes kind of thing? Ironically, perhaps karmacally as well, this would mean Bush could lose thousands of votes.
