Corporate management seems to have a much more difficult time exercising it's fiduciary duties when it comes to upper management pay ... Dennis, I've always had trouble with that myself. Perhaps they think that some animals are more equal than others? <g/ng> Textbook theories are true to a point, but beyond that the poor just decide to eat the rich ...
