Fiddler and Wilner are the founders of the company. They started it in 1984 and they
know more about the future of Wind River than anyone else. Anyone who buys Wind River
at a price > 18 thinks they know more about it than the founders.

Doesn't anybody ever read the prospectus? How much time do people spend researching
the company before buying shares?
