Bob, they broke me, I quit,no mas(like Roberto Duran). The problem is mutual fund amangers live in a world of fear, and humiliation, and don't have the guts or the brains to make a decision on their own. So I have given up looking at stocks, the real men in a society don't trade stocks, they start companies, invent something to change the lot of the masses in a society. I don't remember ever seeing a great man,who sat on his duff, and watched the world go by. Well,my time is now, I guess. Time to cash in my chips, start a company, really risk in the real world and see what I can come up with. Any ideas on a company? How about,Tim's Tuna Fish and Taters?
Quick Flash Urgent information:
Sondview and Merrill Lynch just cut HLIT from buy to strong sell. We feel that HFC is no longer a viable solution, and @Home is going to go home. Anthony Ley is now selling pancakes at IHOP to raise enough cash to expand it overseas marketing. You can greet one of the best CEO's on Monday's outside the IHOP on Market Street wearing a Bozo costume, winging silver dollar size pancakes at the motorists. If you are lucky enough to catch one,try the blueberry syrup and whipped cream.
Tim
