Libby, excellent choice! I am busy these days and can't post much during the week (although I do try to read the thread daily). I am adding to cmrc now and will buy and hold it this year. When I was actively involved in logistics automation EDI was a key focus for almost every company I worked with. Everybody wanted to do EDI using the old X.12 format and custom value added networks but the trading partner data formats were custom and it was so much work to automate, EDI was like pulling teeth. Now we have the internet and custom applications platforms - if commerce one executes they can take everybody's business here. Right now its mostly purchasing transactions but there is a lot to a b2b exchange on the distribution end that hasn't even been touched yet. So you are buying into a large market when you buy cmrc, the question is - can they execute. I'm betting yes based on Hoffman but you know how things can change with these new markets.
