do not solicit credit card list: there is a toll free number on the solicitation itself. You'll need to provide a few things e.g. your SSN, your zip... it was all automated when I did it. Five times <g> for everybody in my family who gets those stinkin' things.

I think to get rid of the enslavement, er, convenience checks, I will have to call my credit card co. itself -- I've been too lazy thus far.
