I suspect combination of settling OEM contracts and perhaps
a cash infusion to GVIL to ensure it can upgrade technology
and manufacture on time to supply AAPL. GVIL is cash poor
right now, and this could hurt relationship with suppliers
just when it needs to ramp up production to fill new orders
from AAPL for V90 product, etc.

JMO, no insider info.
