Richard, I admit, from the Middle East perspective, sanity has began to elude everyone on both sides. The answer, however, is not quickly forthcoming. You can pass laws- like the Civil Rights Bill from LBJ but you cannot erase old prejudious and hatred taught you as a child unless you are able to see through it and come to fully believe in human rights and dignity.
