Zeev, A lot of congestive resistance in that area. In September '99 that was the area that it "skirted", before it fell out... then in November '99 it tried that level only to fail again... in January '00 it once again failed that level. This is the 4th attempt. Each of the three times that it has failed, it has formed a higher low, making the whole formation look like a right triangle. A right triangle breakout would scare the shorts... no doubt. Mike
