Irish,

I believe you are a gambler rather than an investor since you short
Apple stock. It is a risk to take short position for stock like
Apple's. Nobody will get affected because of the negative opinions
you placed here. All the facts you stated are all known for the readers.
We should give encouragements to Apple after its unfortunate sales in
last quarter so it can come back as another alternative to Wintels,
which will be much healthy to the PC industries as a whole.

For investors, given a period of six months it will be appropriate for
Apple to come back and stand firmer. At least for next couple of
years, the pacific rim's market for Apple is more important in Japan
than in China, which has almost nothing to do with how many Chinese
using window 95 in your posting, please read the Apple's income
statement from Pacific Rim's. After two years, China sale volumes
might catch up but still too far away.
