On the rest of your post, I dont know about a separate division, but I do know that Sap has created a lot of fud with Scope and is giving it away in some cases. The key to the success of I2 is in its technical leadership over Sap. We know I2 is ahead of Scope, but by how much? I dont think much of Sap in the way of innovation, btw... but then, they have that behomoth architecture to deal with too, so they arent going to be able to move as quickly as the others.
