Elmer and all,

Per Andrew Roskill of Warburg Dillon Read who reiterated their 6-12 mo target on MSFT of 110, RT 90 7/16:

"We see it this way - there are only two possibilities in this case. Either (1.) Microsoft settles the case before the judge's February ruling, or (2.) They appeal after the ruling, the case drags on for at least two years, and the entire case becomes moot."

My guess?

Appeal and moot.
